Graz.

Yes yes.
I have been so laggy in my updates that i have tons of backlogs.
Took a short weekend trip to Graz two weeks ago since Friday was a holiday.
Yes, Austria has tons of holidays.
Another long weekend coming my way this week.
Graz was a 3 hr train ride away from Wels.
Bigger and nicer.
And full of students.
I was there to save myself from a mundane weekend in Wels.
We took the evening train and arrived in Graz about 2100 hrs.
The hostel we stayed in was in fact an adventure centre with an indoor and outdoor climbing gym.
But i had no shoes!
It's really a pity cause the gym was so so awesome.
The indoor climbing wall.
We spent Saturday exploring the city of Graz.
It is similar to Linz i heard.
But i have yet to see the city centre of Linz.
Went shopping for a coat cause i was freezing.
The weather has been erratic recently.
10 deg during summer.
And i stupidly packed shorts and dresses.
Me shopping for a coat ending up with us shopping for shoes and what nots.
We each bought a pair of shoe and i bought a Petzl harness!
Yay. (Ok, i think i mentioned it already)
Sunday morning was spent seeing Schlossberg.
Which we used 45 minutes to get up by taking the tram plus walking.
And only 15 minutes to get back down where we ended up right in Hauptbahnhof.
Which I found it incredibly amusing.
Before we left on the 1748 hrs train.
We headed for Hooters as requested by Alan.
I was asked: "What do you go to Hooters for?"
Which i answered:" For the girls in hot shorts"
Apparently, that was wrong.
People go to Hooters for the buffalo wings.
I tried them and have to admit that they are indeed good.
And to sum up the weekend in Graz:
Hauptbahnhof (City Center).

We had to take this picture with my new RED coat just to spite Alan.
